Coconut Granola

Coconut Granola with Baked-Smoked Almonds

Soak the almonds overnight. The next day, peel the coconut, cut into thin slices, put on a parchment and bake at 250 F (Fahrenheit) for 40 minutes. Drain the water from the almonds, peel them, and chop finely. Add almonds and raisins to the Baked coconut 15 minutes before the coconut is ready. Sprinkle granola with cinnamon and mix with coconut flakes.
